1. Overview
All PMChella payments, including tickets, add-ons, and Mindful Leader Series passes, are processed through Square Payment Links.
All sales are final except in cases of event cancellation or organizer-initiated schedule changes.
2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If PMChella 2026 is canceled or postponed:

You may choose a full refund via Square, or
-
Apply your payment as a credit to a future event.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred up to 14 days before the event by emailing tickets@pmchella.com.
Include your name, order number, and new attendee details.
4. Payment Plans
All Square installment plans must be paid in full prior to the event.
Missed payments may result in cancellation without refund.
5. Sponsorships & Partnerships
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once brand deliverables (logo placements, marketing assets) have been published.
If the event is rescheduled, sponsorship benefits automatically carry forward.
6. Merchandise & Add-Ons
Merchandise and add-ons purchased through Square are final sale, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Email shop@pmchella.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
7. Force Majeure
PMChella and HER PM LLC are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics. Credits may be issued at the organizers’ discretion.
